Ipsos MORI 360 Stakeholder Survey Report 2018-19

We are very pleased to publish this report. The annual CCG 360 Degree Stakeholder Survey, run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England, has been conducted since 2013/14. It enables stakeholders to provide feedback about their CCGs. The results of the survey serve two purposes:

They provide CCGs with insight into key areas for improvements in their relationships with stakeholders and provide information on how stakeholders’ views have changed over time.

They contribute towards NHS England’s statutory responsibility to conduct an annual assessment of each CCG, through the CCG Improvement and Assessment Framework.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our stakeholders for taking the time to complete this survey. We really do value your feedback. As in previous years, the results will inform our ongoing organisational development and how we develop our relationships with stakeholders in our Integrated Care Partnership and across Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care System.
